And you'll do your life's best work.(sm) Our team is interested in hiring a Technical Client Implementation Leader to work closely with our clients in the adoption and implementation of LifeSciences applications.
In this role the Client Implementation Leader will be responsible for establishing a relationship with clients as well as our development team, in order to effectively support the onboarding and establishment of our applications as part of the client's business process.
The successful candidate will also represent the client's needs and priorities and drive for the development of these priorities. Primary Responsibilities: Manage assigned clients including implementation and on - going communication and support Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned clients Develop a long lasting trusted advisor relationship with all accounts, customer stakeholders and development partners Actively engage and support service levels and manage new client implementation process Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives Identify and grow opportunities with assigned clients and ensure growth attainment of each client Participate in cross functional groups to establish enhancements tools and products Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed Ensure all client requirements and needs are followed through Sets expectations with clients on deliverables Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in - depth evaluation of various factors Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation of criteria for obtaining results Uses professional concepts and company's policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise Required Qualifications: BS / BA degree in related discipline and 10+ years of related experience; or, MS / MA degree in related discipline and 7+ years of related experience; or, equivalent combination of education and experience Strong business and technical background including account management, problem - solving, project management, application development Ability to synthesize and summarize client feedback systematically Strong cross - functional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various groups Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Experience in delivering client - focused solutions based on customer needs Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Ability to combine strong analytical and technical skills with the business skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience following Agile methodologies Experience in client facing jobs Preferred Qualifications: Experience in HealthCare Careers with Optum.
