Job Description

*This role is for 10 hours/week*

Responsible for serving as a liaison between the department and referral/primary care providers. You will assist in forwarding medical correspondences between these two areas. This position will be located on the University of Minnesota East Bank Campus.

+ Electronically send out correspondence to providers and patients.

+ Complete assigned pools during agreed upon scheduled hours.

+ Must be able to meet volume expectations per hour.

+ Letter formatting required.

+ Manually mail printed documents to providers and patient.

+ Must be detail oriented and high concentration ability.

+ Must be able to complete in timely manner with highest degree of accuracy.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

+ Some college classes. Must be currently enrolled in a college degree program.

+ Basic phone skills, computer skills, filing and/or customer service skills.
