Strategy Metrics Manager

The Strategy Metrics Manager will manage all aspects of creating scorecards, presentations and leadership updates on Reputation and Customer Experience metrics for key initiatives of the bank.

Responsibilities include:

+ Partner with key stakeholders and vendors to develop and create scorecards and updates on progress on metrics for key strategies:

+ Creating and maintaining project plans for various aspects of reporting and action planning

+ Fostering cooperation and involvement from all project team members.

o Apply broad knowledge of banking, service, reputation and customer experience to identify trends, competitive advantages, pain points and risks--not just historically, but proactively where possible

+ Identifying internal and/or external resources to ensure compelling storytelling around metrics and actions to support.

+ Directing and monitoring project activity.

+ Leverage insights to create slides and decks for presentations and meetings

+ Partner with and manage vendor relationships as needed


Strong candidates will have the following qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree required.

o 8-10 years research management or strategy metrics oversight required

o Financial services experience preferred

o Proactive self-starter, who sets priorities, takes on new projects and drives deliverables to execution with full accountability and a can-do attitude

o Strong process facilitation, project management and analytical skills

o Ability to effectively facilitate meetings with cross-functional and cross-divisional teams

o Excellent communication and presentation skills, executive storytelling experience preferred
