# Job Summary
Forensics Services is looking for a qualified candidate for a Schedule Coordinator role in the scheduling office at the St. Peter Regional Treatment Center. The Schedule Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services to the Scheduling Office and other scheduling information across the Forensics Services campus. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining schedules for Security Counselors and Security Counselor Leads, assuring capable and qualified staff are scheduled sufficiently in all departments, providing and receiving information in a timely and accurate manner so appropriate action can be taken.
The Schedulie Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating holiday, vacation and time off requests, responding and preparing for any emergency situations to maintain safety and awareness on campus as well as to be a knowledgeable resource for all campus faculty, patients, clients and the general public. The qualified candidate will need to have excellent transcription and typing skills as well as excel in oral and written communication. Time management skills are important as the candidate will be expected to meet deadlines and be efficient and accurate doing so
Qualifications
## Minimum Qualifications:
* **Customer Services** skill sufficient to provide information to other Forensics Services staff including phone calls and walk-in contacts in a helpful and courteous manner.
* **Data Entry** skills sufficient to create database records and update enties or create and apply the basics of spreadhseets and supply/retrieve information in databases.
* **English Language** skills to compose correspondence with accurate spelling, grammar, and punctation; and to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers and union partners.
* **Math** skills sufficient to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
* **Spreadsheets** skills sufficient to develop and modify basic spreadsheets; able to sort and extract data.
* **Typing/Keyboarding** skills sufficient to complete a variety of reports, letters and data entry.
* **Word processing** skills sufficient to develop and modify a variety of correspondence, records and reports, develop forms and charts.
