Regulatory Reporting Manager

As part of the Regulatory Reporting Group within Trust Technology & Support Services (TT&SS), this role will work primarily with Technology & Operations Services (TOS) and business units within Wealth Management & Investment Services (WM&IS), to compile, analyze, prepare and file Forms 13F, 13G, and 13H for U.S. Bancorp. These SEC regulatory filings are required throughout the year, either monthly, quarterly or annually. This role will lead efforts to develop, recommend, and implement modifications to U.S. Bancorp filings in response to any changes to the EDGAR technical filing requirements, or to any new laws and regulations.

The candidate should have specific experience working with fiduciary accounts, SEI, Phase 3, and EDGAR. The ideal candidate would have familiarity with mainframe applications and XML programming as well.


Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

- Ten years of experience in an applicable risk management environment

- Applicable professional certifications

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Thorough knowledge of trust operations, fiduciary products/services, and systems

- Understanding of applicable SEC filing requirements for Forms 13F, 13G, & 13H

- Well-developed analytical skills

- Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

- Strong PC skills, particularly Excel and Word

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Two to three years of experience in regulatory compliance activities, preferably in securities, trust accounts and/or financial services
