Payment Services (PS) CRO Customer Remediation Analyst

The Payment Services (PS) CRO Customer Remediation Analyst is responsible for:

+ Executing population and milestone testing during validation of customer remediation events.

+ Providing critical challenge of business line data processes while ensuring comprehensive population and calculation data.

+ Ensuring business line remediation events comprehensively address each customer situation while serving as a last independent check for our business partners before execution of a customer remediation or moving issues to closure.

+ Credibly challenging of data extraction, population verification and financial calculations while interacting with individuals across the Payment Services business lines.

**Position is Minneapolis preferred or remote based**


**Basic Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

- Five to seven years of experience in an applicable risk management


**Preferred Skills/Experience**

- Two or more years of experience in testing, audit, and/or an applicable risk

management environment.

- Previous audit, quality assurance and regulatory compliance testing


- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, presentation and written communication,

relationship management, organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

- A strong detail and accuracy orientation.

- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages,

including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets,

databases, and presentations.

- Proficiency with SAS Enterprise Guide, Visual Basic, SQL a plus

- Must be a strong team player with the ability to work well under minimal direct


- Knowledge of RPS, CPS, or Elavon systems and merchant processing and/or

retail credit experience a plus.

- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation
